friendly staff balcony view
The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony. It added a sense of peace to each day. The central location made exploring easy and the ease of access was a major plus. Breakfast was worth the extra cost, offering a perfect start to each adventure.
It created some noise, but overall it did not take away from the stay itself. I think with a bit more signage and planning, the hotel can make that process better.

The Double Room Balcony River View includes comfortable beds and fresh towels were available daily. The shower pressure was notably strong and the room was always in good condition. The balcony provides a nice space to enjoy the river view.

The front desk staff was superb and always ready to assist with any inquiries. Some members of staff are especially noteworthy, demonstrating dedication and professionalism. Their support.

The room included a desk and chair. The bathroom featured two separate sinks. I used the in-room safe for my valuables.

the rooms had very high ceilings. the service was kind and helpful (the staff members were always smiling).
i found a very slight bad smell of sewage in the reception area sometimes.

historic charm with modern comfort!!!
great location complimentary drinks comfortable bed
The location is superb, right by the train and metro station!!! i received complimentary drinks in the mini bar upon arrival and a free bottle of water daily. the room was always clean, and the bed was comfortable, i slept like a baby!!! i also appreciated the soundproofed windows. I didn't hear any noise from the station.
The surrounding streets felt a bit older. It wasn't the prettiest area right outside the hotel. i was a little surprised by this initially.

The check-in was impressively efficient! caroline and pedro managed our large group of 58 with such professionalism. everyone was in their room in under 30 minutes, amazing!!! nadia at reception offered valuable help and advice . I really appreciated it!

convenient location breakfast buffet attentive staff
I found the location convenient. The proximity to the train and metro made getting around quite easy. the breakfast buffet offered many options, including quality items such as port wine! the staff was helpful and attentive, especially with providing directions.

The hotel's location next to the train station was very convenient. It made travel simple. The staff were always friendly and helpful, . The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options.
The room felt a bit tired. It could use some updating. The bathroom was quite small. I didn't expect this.
